Description:

- Many think Gerald is but a lad of tender years. Those who hazard a guess cast their claim at sixteen, or seventeen. All would be astounded to know him as an irresponsible adult of twenty-three. Simply by looking at him you are beguiled into a sense of youth; his coal-black hair is slicked to the side, a style typically worn by the young dandies. Whilst brilliant summer-sky-blue eyes twinkle and laugh, you think to yourself: 'He must not have seen the world yet.' Likewise, the delicate lines in his face seem to camouflage themselves, surrendering to inspection only when you stand next to him. And of facial hair? there is not a sprout.

His size seems set to deceive you too. Hazarding another one of your expert guesses, you think he is barely around 5'4, and this time your guess is more accurate. Joining with his stature and face, his body also joins in the delightful trickery of age. He has a habit of rocking from toe-to-heel when impatient or excited. A delicate pair of Pince-nez join in this forward and backward motion; slipping slowly down his nose when excited and almost reaching the edge before being ruthlessly pushed back to the beginning, where they begin their descent again.

The only betrayers to this unanimous illusion of youth are his hands. Dirt-clogged nails peep out sometimes. A rough, sunbeaten hand might gesture wildly, before returning to it's lair: the pocket.

All-in-all, Gerald is an oddity, and you think... well, that I cannot tell you.
